We are currently seeking a dedicated and imaginative Art ECT to join an inspiring and supportive secondary school in Dorchester. This is a full-time, permanent position starting in January 2026, ideal for an early career teacher who wants to nurture creativity and artistic talent.

Role Information
You will teach Art across KS3-KS4, guiding students through a variety of media and encouraging self-expression and innovation. The school provides excellent support for ECTs, with regular coaching and opportunities to collaborate with experienced practitioners.
Experience and Qualifications
  • Degree in Art, Fine Art, or related field
  • PGCE and QTS (or pending award)
  • Creative, organised, and enthusiastic about art education
  • Ability to engage and inspire students of all abilities
