Wayman Education is currently recruiting an enthusiastic Art ECT to work in a Good-rated Secondary School in Norwich on a full-time basis. This is an outstanding opportunity for an Early Career Teacher to join a school that is deeply committed to creativity, student engagement, and professional development.
You will teach Art across KS3 and KS4, delivering a curriculum that encourages exploration, independence, and confidence in students of all abilities. The department is well supported by strong leadership and an experienced mentor who will guide you through your ECT induction with structured coaching, regular feedback, and meaningful CPD.

Experience and Qualifications
Art-related degree
PGCE or QTS
A strong desire to grow as a classroom practitioner
High expectations and a creative teaching approach
Salary
Paid to scale MPS1-MPS2.
