A vibrant and inclusive 11-18 school in Bath is seeking an inspirational Art ECT to join their flourishing Visual Arts Department from January 2026. This is a full-time, permanent post with a comprehensive induction programme and a strong focus on professional growth. 
About the Role 
 The successful candidate will teach Art & Design across KS3-KS5, guiding students in developing their creativity, technical skill, and artistic confidence. They will plan engaging lessons that explore a range of mediums -- from drawing and painting to sculpture, printmaking, and digital art. 
 The department encourages experimentation and cross-curricular collaboration, with opportunities to organise art exhibitions, community projects, and creative workshops. ECTs receive mentoring from experienced art educators who support them in developing strong classroom practice and assessment strategies.

Experience and Qualifications 
 PGCE/PGDE with QTS in Art & Design. 
 Strong subject knowledge and creative ability. 
 Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills. 
 A passion for inspiring creativity in young people.
