A vibrant and forward-thinking 11-18 school in Bath is seeking an enthusiastic Art ECT to join their successful Creative Arts Department from January 2026. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity within a school celebrated for its commitment to the arts, inclusion, and student achievement.
About the Role
The successful candidate will teach Art & Design across KS3-KS5, inspiring students to express themselves through a range of media including painting, drawing, photography, sculpture, and digital art. They will help guide students through GCSE and A-Level coursework, encouraging independent thought and creativity.
The ECT will be supported by a dynamic team of teachers who share a passion for nurturing talent and celebrating artistic expression. They will also have the opportunity to help organise exhibitions, workshops, and gallery visits, contributing to the school's thriving arts culture.

Experience and Qualifications

• QTS/PGCE and degree in Art & Design or Fine Art
• Passion for inspiring creativity and visual literacy
• Excellent technical and communication skills
