Wayman Education is seeking a dedicated and creative Art ECT Teacher to join a Good Secondary School in Hertfordshire, starting immediately on a full-time contract. The school is looking for a passionate Early Career Teacher who is enthusiastic about developing artistic skills, building student confidence, and delivering high-quality Art lessons across KS3 and KS4.

? Experience and Qualifications
Degree in Art, Design, Fine Art or related subject
QTS/QTLS or PGCE with an Art specialism
A passion for creative teaching and student engagement
Ability to inspire artistic confidence in learners of all abilities
? Salary
Paid to scale MPS/UPS (M1-UPS3) depending on experience.
