Job Description

Wayman Education is looking for a passionate and ambitious Art ECT Teacher to join an Outstanding Secondary School in Norwich, starting immediately on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Early Career Teacher who is ready to build their teaching practice within a department known for high achievement, exceptional facilities, and a genuine commitment to creativity across the curriculum.
The school is seeking someone who can teach Art to KS3 and KS4, with KS5 optional based on confidence and experience. The department is exceptionally well supported, offering structured ECT induction, weekly mentor meetings, and tailored CPD designed to help new teachers flourish.

Experience and Qualifications
Art-related Degree
QTS or PGCE with Art specialism
Strong portfolio of personal or professional artwork
Willingness to contribute to extra-curricular creativity such as art clubs or exhibitions
Salary
The salary for this position will be paid to scale on MPS/UPS (M1-UPS3) in line with the school's pay structure.
