Key Responsibilities:
- Learning Support: Work with students to provide learning support, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their academic goals.
- Art Enrichment: Assist in the development and delivery of creative and engaging art activities that enhance the curriculum.
- Individualized Support: Provide one-on-one or small group support, tailoring your assistance to meet the unique needs of each student.
- Classroom Assistance: Collaborate with teachers to create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
- Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess student progress and communicate findings with teaching staff and parents.
- A degree in Art or a related field.
- A genuine passion for art and a desire to inspire young learners.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
