Role Responsibilities
Depending on your subject specialism, you will:
Deliver engaging and challenging lessons to KS3 and KS4 students (KS5 desirable)
Support students of all abilities through differentiated teaching
Foster a love of learning and critical thinking in your subject area
Contribute to curriculum development, assessment, and enrichment activities
Maintain high standards of classroom behaviour and student progress
? Candidate Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS)
A relevant degree in your subject area (Art, History, Geography, or IT)
Experience teaching at KS3 and KS4 level (KS5 desirable)
A passion for your subject and commitment to high-quality teaching
Strong communication, organisation, and behaviour management skills
Desirable (Not Essential)
Familiarity with exam board specifications (AQA, Edexcel, OCR, etc.)
Experience with practical workshops, fieldwork, or digital tools
Confidence using technology to enhance learning (especially for IT roles)
Willingness to contribute to extra-curricular clubs and trips
