Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, inclusive and effective Art lessons that foster creativity and love for the subject.
• Contribute to the enrichment of the curriculum through innovative teaching techniques and resources.
• Collaborate efficiently with colleagues and participate actively in departmental meetings, parents' evenings and whole school training events.
• Identify learning needs of students and provide differentiated instruction to ensure student success.
• Regularly assess, track, and report on student progress.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• A minimum of a PGCE or its equivalent.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Excellent knowledge of Art, with a passion for conveying this knowledge to students.
• A proven track record of teaching Art at varying levels of ability.
• Ability to work well within a team, demonstrating adaptability and a positive attitude.
