What You'll Be Doing:

Provide expert advice and guidance on picture framing options, styles, and materials Use Frame Ready/File Maker (or similar CRM) to manage customer accounts and track sales Deliver an outstanding customer experience from consultation to final product Drive individual and team sales to meet revenue targets Analyse customer behaviour and market trends to spot new opportunities Collaborate with your team to achieve goals and maintain high service standards

What We're Looking For:

Proven sales experience or strong customer service background A passion for art, design, or framing (experience in picture framing is a plus!) Familiarity with Frame Ready/File maker or similar CRM tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Driving licence preferred but not essential
