Milk Education is working in partnership with a vibrant and inclusive secondary school in Abbey Wood to recruit a passionate and creative Art Teacher. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic teacher to inspire students and contribute to a strong and supportive department.
The Role:
Teach Art & Design across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 experience desirable but not essential)
Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons that inspire students of all abilities
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback
Contribute to the wider life of the school and the development of the Art curriculum
Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
The Ideal Candidate:
Holds QTS (or is an ECT)
Has strong subject knowledge and a passion for Art and creativity
Can motivate and engage students with a range of abilities
Has strong classroom management and communication skills
Is committed to supporting student progress and wellbeing
