Are you an imaginative and dedicated Art ECT looking to begin your teaching career in a supportive and creative environment? A forward-thinking secondary school in Birmingham is seeking an Art Teacher (ECT) to join their thriving department from January 2026.
About the Role:
This is a full-time, permanent role teaching Art across KS3-KS4. You will deliver engaging and inspiring lessons that support students' creative development, contribute to displays and exhibitions, and participate in departmental planning.

The school has excellent behaviour, modern Art facilities and a highly supportive leadership team. The Arts department is collaborative, well-resourced and known for its strong student outcomes.
We are looking for someone who:

Holds an Art or Fine Arts degree
Holds QTS/PGCE or is completing ECT induction
Can teach Art confidently across KS3-KS4
Brings creativity, enthusiasm and strong organisation
