Are you a passionate and inspiring Art Teacher looking for a part-time opportunity? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team and nurture creativity in our students.
Position: Art Teacher
Working Hours: Part-time - 3 days per week
Start Date: September 2025
Location: Burnham on crouch
About the Role:
As an Art Teacher, you will deliver engaging and creative art lessons across a range of year groups. You will help students develop their artistic skills, explore different media, and express themselves through visual arts. The successful candidate will be committed to fostering a love of art while supporting each student's individual progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver exciting and inclusive art lessons
- Inspire students to explore various artistic techniques and styles
- Prepare resources and materials for practical sessions
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support
- Contribute to school displays, exhibitions, and enrichment activities
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience in art
- Strong subject knowledge and a creative approach to teaching
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- A positive and encouraging attitude toward student learning
- Experience working with students with diverse learning needs is a plus
