Are you a passionate and imaginative Art Teacher with a desire to inspire creativity in young people?
An established and forward-thinking secondary school in York is seeking a dedicated Art Teacher to join its vibrant and well-resourced Art department. Your Role:

• Deliver engaging and innovative Art lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with potential to contribute to KS5.
• Inspire students to develop their artistic skills, critical thinking, and confidence in self-expression.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop schemes of work and enrichment opportunities.
• Support school-wide creative initiatives and participate in the wider school community.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold QTS and a relevant degree in Art, Design, or a related subject.
• Have experience teaching Art at KS3 and GCSE level (KS5 experience an advantage).
• Be creative, passionate, and committed to nurturing talent and enthusiasm in all learners.
• Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge, classroom management, and a desire to innovate.
• Be legally eligible to work in the UK.
