Art Teacher
This advert is for one full time Art Teacher position at Sybil Edgar School
The salary for this role is MP1 - UPS3 (Depending on experience) plus a 2,679 SEN Allowance

Who we are looking for:
We are seeking an Art Teacher with QTS. Teaching experience (ASD/SEND). You will also have tutor class responsibilities.
You must be have the following:

• Proven knowledge of the Curriculum and the impact on pupils with autism
• Ability to lead and drive forward the coordination of designated areas of the curriculum across the school
• Passion for working with pupils with complex behaviour needs
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with an ability to lead by example
• Be keen about curriculum innovations and teaching and learning approaches

We need you to be resilient, caring and sensitive towards the needs of autistic children and as a valued, creative member of our team you will know that you have made a positive impact on a young person's learning and development - which is priceless.
This is a Full Time/Permanent Position, working 35 Hours Per Week.
