Art Teacher
Milk Education are seeking a committed and resilient Art teacher to join a dedicated department in a Secondary school in the Liverpool area. The role will be teaching KS3 and KS4 Art, with the expectation to plan and deliver engaging Art lessons to support students in developing a strong understanding of Artistic concepts. This is a full-time position, starting in January.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality Art lessons in line with the national curriculum
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Assess student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate with school staff to ensure effective learning outcomes
  • Uphold the values and standards of Milk Education and our partner schools
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Specialism in Art/Art & Deisgn - able to teach to KS3 and KS4
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Ability to build rapport with students and staff
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one through Milk Education)
