We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed

Martial Arts / Karate Instructor / Supervisor

to lead a weekly after-school

Martial Arts Club

at a primary school in

Worcester

. This role provides children with an exciting opportunity to build strength, coordination, focus, and confidence while learning foundational martial arts skills in a safe and positive environment.

The club takes place

Fridays, 3:30pm - 4:30pm (1 hour each week).



Key Responsibilities



Lead and support a small group of primary-aged children through beginner martial arts activities. Plan and deliver structured, age-appropriate sessions that develop physical fitness, discipline, and self-control. Encourage teamwork, respect, confidence, and enjoyment through martial arts practice. Communicate clearly with school staff and, when needed, parents about children's progress and participation. Ensure that equipment and activity areas are set up safely, well-organised, and ready for each session.

Experience & Skills



Experience teaching martial arts or karate to children in a school, club, or community setting. Ability to motivate and engage young learners in a supportive, structured, and enjoyable environment. Strong English communication skills for effective interaction with children, staff, and parents. Relevant martial arts coaching qualifications or experience are highly desirable.
