About the Role
The successful candidate will teach Art & Design across KS3-KS5, supporting students in developing confidence, technique, and creative expression. They will encourage independent thinking through lessons covering a variety of mediums including painting, sculpture, printmaking, and digital art.
They will also lead or contribute to exhibitions, workshops, and community art projects, promoting engagement with local galleries and cultural organisations.

Experience and Qualifications
QTS/PGCE in Art & Design
Strong creative portfolio and proven teaching experience
Excellent classroom management and rapport-building skills
