A respected co-educational independent school in Bath is seeking a talented and passionate Art Teacher to join their thriving Creative Arts Department from January 2026. This is a full-time, permanent post within a school renowned for its strong academic record, creative ethos, and holistic approach to education.
About the Role
The appointed teacher will teach Art & Design across KS3-KS5, nurturing pupils' creative abilities and encouraging confidence in self-expression. They will guide students in developing technical proficiency across multiple media, including drawing, painting, printmaking, sculpture, and digital design.
The teacher will also assist in preparing students for GCSE and A-Level Art examinations, support portfolio development, and contribute to art exhibitions, gallery visits, and inter-school competitions.

Experience and Qualifications

• QTS/PGCE and a degree in Art & Design or Fine Art
• Excellent creative portfolio and technical knowledge
• Experience teaching Art at GCSE and A-Level desirable
