Teaching Personnel Dorset is seeking a dedicated and creative Art Teacher to join a well-regarded secondary school in Poole. This is an excellent opportunity to inspire students and develop their artistic skills in a school that values the arts and encourages self-expression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging Art & Design lessons for Key Stages 3 and 4
- Encourage creativity through a range of artistic techniques and mediums
- Support students in developing confidence and technical ability in Art
- Maintain an inclusive and structured learning environment
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
- Experience teaching Art at secondary level (KS3 & KS4)
- A strong passion for Art and the ability to inspire students
- Effective classroom management and adaptability
