GSL Education are seeking a dedicated Art Teacher to join a vibrant and inclusive school in the Sheffield (S3) area. This role is perfect for someone who can inspire students to explore their artistic talents and express themselves through a variety of mediums, while delivering engaging and imaginative lessons that foster creativity and confidence.
Key Responsibilities of the Art Teacher:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality Art lessons across Key Stages.
- Encourage students to develop their artistic skills and creative thinking.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and visually stimulating learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enrich the art curriculum and promote cross-curricular projects.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Previous experience teaching Art at secondary level.
- Strong subject knowledge and ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
