Job Title: Art Teacher
Location: Sheffield, S5
Salary: Up to 220 per day
Contract Type: Full-time, Long-term / Day-to-day
Start Date: January 2026 - Easter
A welcoming secondary school in Sheffield (S5) is looking for a creative and confident Art Teacher to join their team full-time from January until Easter. This is a great opportunity for someone who can deliver engaging lessons and bring fresh ideas to the Art department.

About the Role:
As an Art Teacher, you will teach across KS3 and KS4, delivering lessons that help students build practical skills, confidence, and a genuine interest in visual arts. You'll plan creative lessons, maintain high expectations, and contribute positively to the department.
Responsibilities:
Teach engaging Art lessons across KS3 and KS4
Plan creative schemes of work aligned with curriculum requirements
Manage behaviour confidently and consistently
Assess and track student progress
Support students of varying abilities
Contribute to departmental planning and wider school activities
Requirements:
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
Experience teaching Art in a UK secondary school
Strong subject knowledge and passion for creative learning
Confident classroom management
An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
