Tradewind are recruiting! Are you looking for your next role teaching Art in a school located in Stevenage, Hertfordshire? Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking a passionate and creative Art Teacher to join one of our valued schools based in Stevenage. This is a full-time, temporary role with the scope to go permanent in July or December 2026. The post is suitable for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs). You will be teaching Art across Key Stages 3, 4 and ideally 5, delivering dynamic and inspiring lessons that encourage creativity, experimentation, and self-expression. The successful candidate will be expected to plan and deliver engaging lessons, assess student progress, and contribute to the wider creative life of the school. RequirementsQualified Teacher Status (QTS) or experience teaching Art in the UK to Pupils in Key stages 3-5 Experience teaching Art at KS3, KS4 and KS5 (applications welcomed from ECTs)Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for the creative artsExcellent classroom and behaviour management skillsA commitment to nurturing creativity and supporting student achievement This client is a vibrant and inclusive secondary school in Stevenage, praised in their most recent Ofsted report for strong leadership, supportive staff, and a positive learning culture.
