A leading independent day school in Cheltenham is seeking an enthusiastic and talented Art Teacher to join their thriving Art Department on a full-time, permanent basis starting January 2026.
About the Role
The successful candidate will teach Art and Design across KS3-KS5, supporting students in developing artistic skills and expressive confidence. You will also play a key role in organising art exhibitions, workshops, and community art events that showcase student creativity.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver imaginative and skill-based lessons in Art and Design.
Provide one-to-one feedback and guidance for GCSE and A-Level coursework.
Inspire students to experiment across a range of media including painting, printmaking, and digital art.
Contribute to the visual and creative life of the school.
Support annual exhibitions, open days, and gallery visits.

Experience and Qualifications
Degree in Fine Art, Art & Design, or a related subject.
QTS/PGCE with proven teaching experience.
