About the Role
A creative and successful 11-16 secondary school in Worcestershire is seeking an inspiring Teacher of Art to join its Visual Arts faculty from January 2026. This is a full-time, permanent position teaching across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential to contribute to GCSE and extracurricular art projects.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for a teacher who values creativity, experimentation and inclusivity. The school places strong emphasis on the arts, and the department plays a central role in school life -- from exhibitions to community events and interdisciplinary projects.
The Department and Facilities
The Art department is housed in a bright, purpose-built studio space complete with kiln, darkroom and digital creative tools. Students explore fine art, textiles and sculpture through a curriculum designed to build confidence and artistic identity.
