The successful candidate will be working within two schools in Barnstaple, spending one day per week in each.


Chroma's approach to providing therapy is based in collaboration and systemic thinking. Our therapists have a balanced case load, plenty of time for professional liaison, and therapists' well-being is taken seriously and supported.


The successful applicant will work collaboratively with a range of other professionals including social workers, case managers, educators and also family members. You will also work closely with Chroma's management and clinical teams. You will demonstrate a collaborative working style, excellent report writing, and a client-centered way of facilitating group and individual sessions. Chroma always works in partnership with other professionals.

Employed part-time (2 days per week)

34,000 - 36,000 (FTE) pro rata, depending on experience


1 year, fixed term contract.
