Job Description
We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic
Art and Lego Club Supervisor
to run two engaging after-school clubs at a primary school inKidderminster
. These clubs give children the chance to explore their creativity, develop problem-solving skills, and enjoy hands-on learning in a fun and supportive environment.The
Art Club
runs onMondays, 3:00pm - 4:00pm
, and theLego Club
runs onTuesdays, 3:00pm - 4:00pm
(1 hour per club, weekly
).Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise small groups of primary-aged children in art and Lego activities. Plan and deliver creative, age-appropriate sessions that encourage imagination, teamwork, and self-expression. Foster confidence, curiosity, and enjoyment in each club. Communicate effectively with parents and school staff regarding children's progress. Ensure all materials and activity spaces are safe, tidy, and well-prepared for each session.
Experience & Skills
Experience working with children in schools, clubs, or childcare settings. Ability to engage and motivate children in a structured yet fun way. Strong English communication skills for working effectively with children, parents, and staff. A background in art, construction play, or education is desirable.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 2 per week
Work Location: In person
