Job Title: Art Tutor - Maternity Cover
Location: Norton College, Tewkesbury, GL20 8UQ
Salary: 27,167.70 per annum (not pro rata)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week | Monday-Friday | 8.30am-4.00pm
Contract: Fixed Term until 31st December 2026 | Term Time Only
Start: January 2026

About the Role

You'll play a key role in shaping our Art curriculum and igniting the creative spark in pupils who need alternative pathways to success.
What You'll Be Doing
No two days are the same - expect challenge, creativity and genuine reward. You will:

• Lead engaging, high-quality Art teaching across the school.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and strengthen the Art curriculum.
• Teach across a range of qualification pathways to support pupil achievement.
• Continuously review and refine curriculum content to keep it challenging, inspiring and personalised.
• Deliver learning that reflects our school values: nurturing, holistic and tailored to each individual.

And throughout it all, you'll have ongoing support, training and guidance - while watching pupils grow in confidence, resilience and skill.
