Artificial Grass Installation Team Leader

Due to continued expansion, we're now recruiting for an Artificial Grass Installation Team Leader to help us meet the rising demand for premium outdoor transformations across Northern Ireland.

The Role:

We're looking for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has great attention to detail, and can take pride in delivering high-quality artificial grass installations. You'll lead a small team on-site, manage jobs from start to finish, and ensure a first-class result for our customers every time.

About You:

Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar trade (landscaping, groundwork, or construction) Previous artificial grass installation experience a big advantage (but not essential, training provided) Strong work ethic and positive attitude Full UK driving licence essential Trailer/towing licence required Leadership skills and ability to work as part of a team Good communication and problem-solving abilities
