Job Summary

We're seeking an innovative

AI & Emerging Tech Specialist

to explore, implement, and optimise emerging technologies within our fintech and financial education platforms. You'll drive innovation by integrating AI, machine learning, and other cutting-edge technologies into our proprietary software and digital offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

Research, evaluate, and implement AI, machine learning, and emerging technology solutions. Collaborate with software development and product teams to integrate AI-driven features. Design and develop proof-of-concepts and prototypes for new technology initiatives. Monitor and optimise AI models and algorithms for performance and accuracy. Stay abreast of trends in AI, blockchain, and fintech technology. Advise leadership on technological opportunities to enhance business growth. Ensure technology implementations comply with security, privacy, and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience in AI, machine learning, or emerging technology roles. Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages. Familiarity with AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.) and data analysis tools. Knowledge of fintech, blockchain, or SaaS applications is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication skills to convey complex technology concepts clearly.
