Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic salesperson to join our team to sell handmade luxury chocolates at artisan markets across Manchester & Cheshire.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and have experience in customer service and sales. You will initially be responsible for operating the stall over the weekends with various locations throughout the month. The role would then expand so that you would also be setting up the stall and packing it away at the end of the day.

Whilst no experience of chocolates is necessary, you will be responsible for engaging with customers and increasing sales.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs through effective questioning. Provide information about products and services, ensuring customers are well-informed. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of product offerings to assist customers effectively. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system. Assist in maintaining the visual presentation of the store, ensuring it is clean and organised.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
