Hamilton Aquatics Swimming and Training in the Middle East is currently seeking a passionate and experienced Artistic Swimming Coach and Swimming Teacher to join our team. Hamilton Aquatics is a leading provider of swimming lessons and aquatic programmes in the Middle East. We are dedicated to helping swimmers of all ages and abilities achieve their goals in the water.

As an Artistic Swimming Coach and Swimming Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality artistic swimming coaching sessions and learn to swim lessons. You will work with swimmers of all ages and abilities, helping them to develop their skills, confidence, and love for the water.

Key Responsibilities:



Plan and deliver engaging and effective artistic swimming coaching sessions and swimming lessons. Assess swimmers' abilities and progress, providing constructive feedback and setting achievable goals. Ensure the safety and well-being of all swimmers during lessons and coaching sessions. Maintain accurate records of swimmers' progress and attendance. Communicate effectively with swimmers, parents, and colleagues. Stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and best practices in swimming and artistic swimming. Assist the Head Coach with artistic swimming competitions Assisting the Artistic Swimming Head Coach with administrative duties

Qualifications:



Coaching Artistic Swimming: Artistic Swimming Coach Certificate or Level 2 Award Swimming Teacher's qualification. Previous experience in teaching swimming and coaching artistic swimming. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for swimming and helping others achieve their goals. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
