Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and caring Art or Music Therapist to work with a 22 year old within a community setting in Ilford. This young person speaks both English and Urdu. He has been diagnosed with profound Autism, severe ADHD, combined type PICA (an eating disorder), severe complex learning difficulties, a speech and language disorder, and a speech impediment. He enjoys swimming, watching TV, baking cakes, music and using the iPad. The provision requested is for one hour of art or music therapy a week. The right candidate will have experience working with pupils that have additional needs such as autism and ADHD. Registration with HCPC is also essential.
