More about your role



As our new Artworker in this 6-month FTC role, you'll play a key part in bringing PfP Thrive's work to life through high-quality visual outputs. From producing artwork for new business tender documents to developing engaging training packs and course materials, you'll be involved in projects that directly support our mission to plug the UK's housing skills gap and help communities thrive.



You'll ensure all artwork is accurate, brand-aligned, and visually consistent across print, digital, and social media platforms. Working closely with the Studio Traffic Manager and PfP Thrive operations team, you'll balance multiple priorities and deliver to tight deadlines. You'll also manage creative assets within our central DAM system, refine artwork based on feedback, and carry out quality checks so every output meets technical requirements.



This is a hands-on role where your attention to detail and creative flair will make a real difference to the quality and impact of our communications.



Essential Experience & Skills


Proven experience as an Artworker or in a similar role, preferably in an in-house or agency setting. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience preparing artwork for print, digital, and social media formats. Knowledge of print production processes.*


The role is FTC until April 2026



The role will primarily be working from your home address however to be successful in this role you must be within a 60 minute commute to our office in Preston as there may be occasions you will be required to attend meetings.


Desirable:


Previous experience in the housing or education sector.*
Experience working closely with design, content, and marketing teams.*
Familiarity with project management tools, such as Monday.com.*





More about you



You must have proven experience as an Artworker or in a similar role, ideally within an in-house or agency environment. You should have strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality visual materials. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and experience preparing artwork for print, digital, and social media formats is essential. You'll need the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once, with a strong understanding of print production and technical artwork requirements. Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com is also key, along with effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with design, content, or marketing teams.
