Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a detail-oriented

Asbestos Bulk Analyst

to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out analysis of bulk samples for asbestos content in accordance with HSG248 and UKAS standards. Ensure accurate recording and reporting of results. Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure cleanliness and calibration. Follow quality assurance procedures and health & safety protocols at all times. Liaise with project managers and clients to ensure clear communication of results and turnaround times.
Essential Requirements:

BOHS P401 qualification (Identification of Asbestos in Bulk Samples). Experience working in a UKAS-accredited laboratory. Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work. Strong understanding of HSG248 and quality control procedures. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Desirable:

Knowledge of other asbestos-related qualifications (e.g., P402, P403, P404). Willingness to support other areas of the business when required.

Pay: 22,880.00-35,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
