Are you a skilled and experienced assembly professional with a keen eye for detail? Nolato PPT, a leading manufacturer of high-specification EMC protection products, has an immediate opening for an experienced Assembly Worker to join our specialist team in Maldon, Essex.

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with proven manufacturing experience to apply their skills to the production of high-quality gaskets vents, and windows. You will be a vital part of our team, delivering mission-critical components for our key clients in the global defence and technology sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Precisely assemble gaskets and windows in line with detailed specifications. Vulcanizing and joining Work efficiently within a dedicated team to meet production targets and ensure timely delivery. Uphold our exacting standards of quality control and inspection. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a manufacturing assembly role is essential. Demonstrable experience with intricate assembly work. Experience with gaskets, seals, or similar components is highly advantageous. Excellent hand-eye coordination and superior manual dexterity. A conscientious, reliable, and quality-focused work ethic. The ability to interpret technical drawings or instructions accurately. A desire to learn, grow, and contribute.
