Assembly Fitter

, where you'll play a key role in assembling, testing, painting, and packing high-quality products. Based at our Cheltenham facility, this role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is committed to continuous improvement.


Your objectives and responsibilities will focus on...




Assembling, testing, painting, and packing products to meet quality and productivity standards. Operating and setting machines in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Working from engineering drawings and daily plans to meet production targets. Performing shot/bead blast cleaning and basic paint spraying. Maintaining a safe working environment by adhering to EHS policies. Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and supporting team goals. Taking ownership of your personal development and being flexible to support other duties as needed.

Your previous experience is likely to include....




Proven experience in fitting and assembly within a production manufacturing environment. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Strong numeracy and literacy skills to manage daily tasks. Basic computer literacy and an understanding of your commercial impact. Experience with MIG welding, paint spraying, hydro testing, or shot/bead blasting; use of overhead cranes; or holding an Electrical NVQ or equivalent.
