Directly Responsible to:

Production Manager

The role

Produce finished roof lights to company schedules and drawings, while maintaining excellent housekeeping and following the company's ISO 9001 2015 quality policy.

Overall Role or Purpose of the job:

Operate production machinery to create parts and sub-assemblies for final assembly into roof lights (training provided) Ensure work area is tidy and organised Store products and components in such way as not to lead to damage, defects or a safety hazard Carry out any reasonable request given by Line Supervisor

Essential:

Good verbal and written English Good understanding of Health & Safety procedures/practice

Desirable

Forklift licence (training provided if not and if required) Abrasive wheels

Hours of Work:

Full-time- 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours a day from 07:30 am to 3:30pm

Pay:

From minimum wage, dependent on skills & qualifications
