Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Operative to join our darts production team. You will play a key role in the
assembly, packing, and quality control
of dart products to ensure they meet our high standards before reaching our customers.Responsibilities
Assemble dart components (flights, barrels, shafts, etc.) accurately and efficiently Pack completed dart sets according to job sheets and customer specifications Conduct basic visual quality checks for defects or inconsistencies Maintain clean and organized workstations Follow safety and quality procedures at all times Work to meet daily production targets Report any issues or defects to the team leader/supervisor Assist with stock management and inventory checks as required
Qualifications
Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or assembly environment (preferred but not essential) Strong attention to detail Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 2 months
Pay: 12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Work Location: In person
