Mon-Thu 07:00-16:30, Fri 07:00-12:15 (early finish Fridays!)

What you'll do

Assemble our mowers with care, following standard procedures Spot and report quality issues (and help solve them) Keep production on track and hit targets Support with packaging and logistics when needed Get involved in continuous improvement activities Keep your space tidy and safe with 5S housekeeping

What we're looking for

Previous assembly experience (LEAN/6 Sigma knowledge and experience is a huge plus!) A mechanical background Team player with good communication skills A natural problem-solver, keen to improve how things are done Experience working to production targets
