We now seek 2 Assembly Operators join our dynamic manufacturing team where your skills will help bring our high-quality products to life. We're looking for reliable, energetic individuals who are serious about safety, speed, and precision.

What You'll Be Doing:

Assembling components and products with accuracy and care Hitting production targets while keeping quality top-notch Inspecting finished items to ensure they meet our high standards Following all safety protocols to keep you and your team safe Reporting equipment issues and helping keep tools in top shape Keeping accurate records and working closely with teammates Suggesting smart ways to make things better, faster, and smoother Helping train new team members and sharing your knowledge

What You Bring to the Table:

Experience in a manufacturing/assembly role is a big plus Confidence using tools and handling physical tasks (able to us nail guns, and move heavy items when needed) A sharp eye for detail and pride in doing things right Strong communication and a team-player attitude The stamina to stay focused and on your feet during shifts Basic safety know-how and a commitment to following the rules

We are located in a rural location, you will need to be able to travel to site. Ideally you will need a driving license or live local to the area
