How the role will make an impact:




We are seeking a reliable and hardworking

Assembly Operative

to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling products or components according to detailed specifications and quality standards. You will work as part of a team in a fastpaced manufacturing environment, ensuring products are built accurately, efficiently and safely.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:



Assemble parts or components according to technical drawings, work instructions or assembly procedures. Operate hand tools, power tools and basic machinery safely and efficiently. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet required standards. Maintain a clean and organised workspace. Report any faults, defects or production issues to the supervisor. Package finished goods for shipment or storage. Participate in training and continuous improvement activities.

Key Skills:



Previous experience in an assembly or manufacturing role is preferred. Good attention to detail and manual dexterity. Ability to work well as part of a team. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Willingness to work in a fastpaced, targetdriven environment. Flexibility to work shifts or overtime if required. Experience with mechanical or electrical assembly. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
