The Role
We are seeking an Assembly Technician / Recent Apprentice to join our team. This position involves close collaboration with engineering, project management and production leads within Elemental Energy. We are a small company with all team members covering generic activities that may be outside your normal day to day actions.

Prior experience of one or more of the following is preferable
- High voltage systems comparable to electric vehicles
- Heavy/large system handling and movement (PUWER)
- Production environment
- Wiring loom installation / connection
Appetite to travel as job may require periods abroad supporting Elemental Energy's global operational teams covering locations such as Europe, Africa and Australia.
License/Certification - Full UK Driving License
The Job
Assembly of electrical and mechanical components into finished assemblies to a high standard
Kitting/sorting of components ready for manufacture.
Work closely with design and engineering leads to problem solve and iterate on build processes and designs, both R&D and production versions (NPI).
Assist in the creation of standard operating procedures and ownership of amendments needed when equipment is in operation in field.
Take an active role in continuous improvements for processes across the business
Attend and support production meetings as required
