Assembly Technician (6 months Fixed Term - 40hrs / week)

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented part-time Assembly Technicial to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling components and products according to specifications, ensuring quality and efficiency in our production process.

Duties:

Assemble parts and components with precision and accuracy. Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions. Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and effectively. Perform quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet high standards. Maintain a clean and organised work area. Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies. Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals. Report any issues or defects to supervisors promptly.
Requirements:

A-Levels or equivalent. Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred. Ability to use various hand and power tools. Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. Ability to read and understand technical drawings. Good communication and teamwork skills. Familiarity with quality control procedures is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: 12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
