Job Description

We are looking for an Assembly Technician to

join our team with a strong engineering background. Aerospace is preferred but not essential.

This is a hands-on role which requires you to understand complex designs and follow specific design specifications to ensure the product is assembled correctly.

The successful candidate will be working within the Assembly team and requires building and assembling specialist aircraft parts, whilst always adhering to company processes and procedures.

Although we are seeking an experienced candidate, it is not essential. For the right candidate that posses the right capabilities, positive attitude, and willingness to learn training shall be provided.

Responsibilities and Duties.

Product assembly

: Assembly of single and multi- component aircraft parts. Which this includes Drill. Countersinking, Riveting, Application of sealants to customer specifications.

Follow specific instructions and guidelines to ensure the assembled products meet the required quality standard.

Quality Control:

Assembly operators will liaise with the quality department to identify and report any defects to ensure only products that meet the required specification move onto the next production stage.

Record Keeping:

Assembly operators document information, such as material usage and any defects they have encountered during the assembly process.
