Job Summary:
The Assessor is responsible for evaluating individuals, properties, or processes against defined standards or criteria. This role involves conducting assessments, collecting and analyzing data, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, or accreditation standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and carry out assessments in accordance with organizational and regulatory guidelines.
Evaluate evidence submitted by candidates/clients or gathered during field inspections.
Record and maintain accurate assessment documentation.
Provide constructive feedback and guidance to candidates or stakeholders.
Ensure assessment decisions are fair, consistent, valid, and reliable.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable legislation, standards, or curriculum.
Liaise with other professionals, external bodies, and internal teams.
Participate in standardization and quality assurance activities.
Recommend improvements based on findings and contribute to the continuous improvement process.
Requirements:
