About the Role:



We are currently seeking experienced, motivated individuals to support the delivery and internal quality assurance of the Level 2-5 in Counselling Skills (RQF) range. This qualification provides foundational counselling knowledge and is ideal for learners entering mental health support, coaching, or therapeutic roles.

Role Options:



1. Assessor Responsibilities:



- Assess written assignments, reflective journals, and skills-based evidence

- Provide constructive and ethical feedback

- Track learner progress through our LMS

- Uphold the values of active listening, empathy, and confidentiality

2. IQA Responsibilities:



- Sample and verify assessments in accordance with awarding body criteria

- Provide feedback and support to assessors

- Maintain quality assurance records

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies

Requirements:



- Assessors must hold the Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement (CAVA)

- IQA applicants must hold a recognised Level 4 IQA qualification

- Experience in counselling, coaching, therapy, or related education is desirable

- Strong written communication and knowledge of reflective learning

- Familiarity with RQF frameworks and ethical standards in counselling
