We are seeking to appoint:

Assessor/Trainer - Roofing



As an Assessor/Trainer - Roofing, you'll work closely with learners, both in college and at employer premises, to assess knowledge and performance in roofing techniques. You'll play a vital role in ensuring timely completion of apprenticeships and vocational courses in flat and pitched roofing while providing ongoing support and encouragement.

Key responsibilities include:

Training and Assessing

: Deliver training in flat and pitched roofing, evaluate learner progress, and provide constructive feedback.

Supporting Learners

: Manage a caseload of learners, tracking their development and achievements.

Quality Assurance

: Support the internal verification process and maintain high standards in teaching and assessment.

Administrative Duties

: Complete records of learner progress, assist with enrolment and screening, and liaise with exam administrators.

Collaboration

: Work with colleagues to design flexible programs that meet learner and employer needs.

Promoting Success

: Encourage learners to achieve their targets, adapt materials to suit individual needs, and make referrals where necessary.
