Country Style Foods is a family run modern craft bakery company that works closely with leading retailers and food service customers, specialising in high volume production of top-quality bakery products. We are now looking to add to our site team in Leeds with

Asset Care Operatives

(one on days 0600-1400 and one on nights 2200-0600). Flexibility around working hours and days will be required as rotas will include weekend working.

Purpose of the Role:

To perform a specific role within the Site Team, in relations to the set-up, auditing and maintenance of lines, machinery, equipment and fabrication. Ensuring that they contribute to the efficient, effective and safe running on operations, to fulfil the needs of the business.

Main duties will include:

Ensure the production lines are set up correctly and running at the designated time, aligning with the production plan. Audit the working lines, ensuring that the machines/equipment are working at the correct run rates. Completing Health & Safety, Food Safety, Fabrication and other audits. Complete ad-hoc work in accordance with Team Leaders or Managers requirement
To succeed in this role, you will need the required skills and experience:

Ability to conduct audits. Effective communication skills, approachable and diligent. Have high standards in relation to work completed. Already have or be willing to work towards a specific qualification such as Engineering, Technician, Manufacturing or other similar as agreed by the Site Leadership Team
