As part of our Assets and Sustainability team, you'll coordinate and lead on the sale of properties through the Right to Buy and Right to Acquire procedure.

What you'll be doing:

Delivering an excellent Right to Buy and Right to Acquire sales service. Requesting valuations and liaising throughout the valuation process. Preparing and providing plans using mapping system, discussing any boundary issues through to a satisfactory conclusion. Verifying and submitting the data required by Homes England for IMS bid claims. Delivering an excellent aftersales service including assessing, recording, managing and billing all Restriction on Title queries received. Conducting site and customer visits, providing advice and information throughout the sales process.

What we're looking for:

Experience in a similar role. A relevant qualification would be beneficial. Excellent knowledge of the property conveyancing process.
